Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returned goods must be unworn, in perfect condition, and accompanied by the original packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock, a store refund will automatically be issued. Returns will not be processed until the goods have been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend returning packages via a traceable carrier and insuring them for the full value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. Original or return shipping costs are non-refundable. If there is an error on the part of Lady Marmalade Collective (e.g., damaged or mis-shipped goods), we will reimburse the customer using the same method of original purchase or issue store credit. However, international duties or taxes will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at hey@ladymarmaladecollective.co.za and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Admission of Sale
Lady Marmalade Collective reserves the right to refuse any sale. Refusal may occur due to delayed updates, website errors, or fraudulent activity. Payment in full will be refunded within 10 working days of purchase.
